OQ-45
OQ-Family - Homepage
The OQ-Family describes itself: Our measures are designed to detect change. Detecting change as a result of any intervention has been an elusive task for researchers and professionals alike. Historically instruments have failed to detect change because the measures used were designed for diagnostic or other purposes. All outcome measurement products in the OQ® Family are designed to detect treatment effectiveness regardless of treatment modality, diagnosis or discipline of the treating professional. The measures also function well as screening tools in primary care settings, employee assistance programs as well as in behavioral healthcare practices. At "OQ Measures" you find the OQ-45.2.
OQ-45.2
Another Site, where the instrument is described : "The OQ®-45.2 is brief (45 item), self-report outcome measure that is designed for repeated measurement of client progress through the course of therapy and following termination. It is broadly applicable to adults in behavioral health treatment. It is a single measure that can be used throughout the continuum of care, i.e. inpatient, residential, partial hospital, outpatient and EAP. It is appropriate for any diagnosis as long as the patient is cognitively intact. And, it measures change throughout the course of mental health treatment and at termination."
BSI (Brief Symptom Inventory) - Derogatis
This self-report is the short form of the SCL-90-R® instrument.
